Daily Mile!

Today was perhaps the best class performance in the daily mile so far – well done!

How do you think you are doing in the daily mile?

Is it challenging?

How does it make you feel?

Does it help you?

Do you enjoy when we do it?

Home Learning Update:

I hope you are having a lovely half term so far.

A big well done to Stefan, Chloe, Ayush and Briony for their participation in Sumdog so far; we shall be celebrating this when we are back at school.

Don’t forget about the Reading Eggs assignments, these will really help with your reading and comprehension skills.

Finished? Remember we have our Alan Peat sentence tasks on the blog which are great for practising your vocabulary, punctuation and sentence structure.

If you need any help with your home learning, please write on this blog post or see me Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday when we are back 🙂

Our first day in the Art Studio:

Today was our first day in the Art Studio working with Mrs Johnston and Mr Kay. We wrote a diary as the boy from the book ‘Angel Boy’, using the book and drama to help us with ideas. In the afternoon we explored a range of different mediums in Art.

Tomorrow, we shall be the classroom.

What did you enjoy today? Did you learn any new words?
